Using a silk inner sheet reduces the amount of body oils that reach down clusters, over time body oils inhibit the performance of down clusters and reduce the warmth of your sleeping bag.
The Silk Inner Sheet Extra Long is perfectly fitted to Mont XL sleeping bags, with a length of 207cm it is appropriate for people of 200cm tall.
